Ally was born and raised right here in Charlottesville and decided it was so impressive that she never left! Property Management was a natural fit and she has been professionally managing property in the Charlottesville area since 2011. She has experience with both single-site & multi-site management.
With more than 15 years of customer service experience, Ally brings a unique and highly personable touch to the onboarding, leasing & operations process. Known for her approachable personality, she has the incredible ability to quickly build rapport and foster relationships with her renters, homeowners, and investors.
Ally is a Licensed Virginia Real Estate Broker, Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA). Whether you are seeking a dependable, responsive property manager or you are a prospective tenant looking for a new home, Ally is thrilled to elevate your rental experience.
When she is not out visiting properties, Ally spends her free time with her husband, two children and two dogs. They love going on hikes, making homemade pizza’s and soaking up the summer sun by the water.

joe Albrecht
Born in Long Island, Joe is a proud New York native. While he has lived in Charlottesville the majority of his life he will never hesitate to clarify that he is in-fact a New Yorker. Joe brings over 12 years of customer experience to the table, specifically in customer relations, operations and account management. Joe manages maintenance coordination & vendor relations while also keeping a very close eye on resident retention and client satisfaction. Good in a crisis, he is our go-to problem solver which is irreplaceable in our very unpredictable business.
When Joe is not hard at work with Marigold he spends his time golfing, watching a NY Yankee’s game and spending time with his family.

Tori is a seasoned property manager who specializes in delivering exceptional customer service while promoting positive relationships with both current tenants & prospective tenants. Her experience has allowed her to develop a keen understanding of the industries best practices which keeps everything running smoothly & efficiently. She makes the leasing & application process a breeze and enjoys interacting with our tenants. Tori is an invaluable asset to the Marigold team and her bubbly personality is absolutely unmatched!
Outside of the office she values quality time with her family and friends, creating lasting memories together. She is passionate about bringing a personal touch to everything she does, both professionally and personally.
